NCR sets, also known as carbonless forms, consist of loose sheets that are glued together to create sets. These sets are designed to remain as individual sheets, which can be filled out and easily separated as needed. The key advantage of an NCR set is the ability to produce duplicate or triplicate copies of written information without the need for carbon paper, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping.

We offer A6, DL, A5 and A4 NCR sets that can be printed in cost-saving black and white ink or full colour for a more polished representation of your business. You can choose 2, 3 or 4pt sets with single or double sided printing for additional customisation. Our NCR sets are suitable for a variety of applications, including invoices, receipts, order forms and other types of essential documentation.

Material Options

NCR stock is a lightweight, uncoated carbonless paper used for making copies of invoices, receipts and delivery notes. Its thickness offers durability while still being easy to handle and print on. It is available in white, yellow, pink and blue with the variations of colours dependant on the parts.

Please set up your artwork to the following specifications:

• Resolution: 300dpi minimum
• Format: PDF, JPG, PNG
• Colour: CMYK (RGB / Pantone will be converted)
• Fonts: Outlines or embedded. Please ensure font sizes are at least 8pt
• Bleed: 3mm with no printer marks
• Safety Zone: 4mm

If using design tools like Adobe Express or Canva, please also use the above guidelines to ensure optimum print quality, accurate colours and proper formatting to prevent delays.

Our Design Service

• Provide a clear design brief outlining objectives, style preferences and any technical requirements.
• Includes one design concept with unlimited minor revisions (logo design or edits not included).
• Digital artwork proof (PDF) will be sent for review and production begins only after approval.
• Delivery timelines will be extended depending on artwork approval.

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For business addresses, delivery times are between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Residential addresses are scheduled between 8.30am to 7pm.

• Once the order has been dispatched, a notification via email or SMS will be sent for you to track your order.

• If you find any damage to your parcel or goods upon delivery, sign for the order as damaged and / or take clear photos of the outer delivery label and packaging. Make sure to notify us within 4 working days of receiving the package along with your photo evidence.

• If for whatever reason your product does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
