Size

The oversized DL format for envelopes measures 220 x 110mm. It is designed to accommodate DL size printed materials, such as compliment slips or A4 documents folded twice to measure 99 x 210mm.

Material Options

Uncoated paper lacks a glossy sheen and mirrors the texture of standard office printing paper. While the texture is rougher than coated stocks, it offers a softer aesthetic to designs featuring images and enhances text legibility. This type of paper is also more porous, allowing for quick ink absorption, resulting in a clean, smudge-free finish.

Envelopes

Self-sealing envelopes have an adhesive strip on the flap, which allows securely closing the envelope without the need for moisture. The adhesive strip is activated by removing a protective covering, and once pressed, it forms a strong seal to keep the contents of the envelope secure. Plus, no licking means no spreading germs!

Please set up your artwork to the following specifications:

• Resolution: 300dpi minimum
• Format: PDF, JPG, PNG
• Colour: CMYK (RGB / Pantone will be converted)
• Fonts: Outlines or embedded. Please ensure font sizes are at least 8pt
• Bleed: 1mm with no printer marks
• Safety Zone: 6mm

If using design tools like Adobe Express or Canva, please also use the above guidelines to ensure optimum print quality, accurate colours and proper formatting to prevent delays.

Artwork Templates

Our Design Service

• Provide a clear design brief outlining objectives, style preferences and any technical requirements.
• Includes one design concept with unlimited minor revisions (logo design or edits not included).
• Digital artwork proof (PDF) will be sent for review and production begins only after approval.
• Delivery timelines will be extended depending on artwork approval.

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For business addresses, delivery times are between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Residential addresses are scheduled between 8.30am to 7pm.

• Once the order has been dispatched, a notification via email or SMS will be sent for you to track your order.

• If you find any damage to your parcel or goods upon delivery, sign for the order as damaged and / or take clear photos of the outer delivery label and packaging. Make sure to notify us within 4 working days of receiving the package along with your photo evidence.

• If for whatever reason your product does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
