General Delivery FAQ’s

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer a collection service. Once your order is ready it will be delivered to your nominated address within 24 hours after despatch.

Can the delivery address be changed after ordering?

For undue delays, we strongly recommend that you check your delivery address carefully as it is very difficult to change once the order has been placed. With the volume of orders we process each day, it is inconvenient to adjust these details after confirmation. If you have made an error, please notify us immediately but please be aware depending on logistics your request may be declined.

How will I know if my order has been despatched?

Once your order has been collected by our carrier, you will be notified via email or SMS. You can then track your order from there.

Do you deliver on weekends or on public holidays?

We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Any orders despatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

What is the time window for deliveries?

Deliveries to business addresses will be attempted between 8.30am to 5.30pm. For deliveries to residential addresses the time window is between 8.30am to 7pm.

What happens if my product does not arrive?

If for whatever reason your product does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

What do I do if there’s damage to my parcel or goods on delivery?

If you find any damage to your parcel or goods upon delivery, sign for the order as “damaged” and / or take clear photos of the outer delivery label and packaging. Make sure to notify us within 4 working days of receiving the package along with your photo evidence. Please send this information to info@cheapasprints.com referencing your order number. This helps in processing your claim promptly.
